We loved our 4 nights stay.

No words to describe how I really enjoyed location and staff.

The bed of mine was a bit too soft.

The location is ideal, the hotel is contemporary and the staff are amiable. Updated & non-smoking room. Large bathroom.

Everything was great, the wifi was good.

The hotel of choice in San Francisco. By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in San Francisco, had much fun. We really enjoyed a really great restaurant.

We didn't like the bed, it was uncomfortable.

Staff and location are ideal, I loved exceptionally comfortable bed. Totally comfortable experience.

It was in a central setting directly across street. I enjoyed quick meals at Hot Spud located 100 metres away.

Its location was central, within walking distance of Madame Tussauds...

Lovely location and service, we loved this family-run hotel. The beach was good and near the property. They had a friendly check-in too. It was a good home base for our EXCELLENT stay.

We spent a really good time here, recommend to anyone. Reasonably clean place with comfortable beds. Staff were useful and provided outstanding service. The pool was very clean and the garden - quiet.

I enjoyed hard-working staff and amazing interior. Freshly decorated & well heated unit with very modern lamps as well as a nice view.

The breakfast was perfect, the staff was expert, the grounds were spotless. We got to the bus stop within 5 minutes walk, as it has unique location.

Picturesque location, beautiful room, marble bathroom, funny folks. I loved having breakfast here, it was marvellous. Very comfy beds and climate control, WiFi and free tea. The hotel was near the own beach. Amazing service during my warm stay.

Affable team, quiet position. The service was marvellous too. Relaxing drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

Stuff is lively and the location is PHENOMENAL. Cute view of ocean.

Loved almost every detail, including location and staff, they were exceptional! Spacious room, such huge bathroom. It was well kept and I had large bed. Found in a shopping area. Late check out too. I had an absolutely amazing experience.

low cost place to stay while in san francisco. the hotel was fairly clean, staff was incredibly helpful. reasonably spacious and functional room with incredibly beautiful views. they made my stay good.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was poor.

Besides, it has WiFi throughout the property. It's a few steps away from Fire & Brew with nice drinks and cocktails...

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a handy base for staying in San Francisco. Our suite was huge and had a kitchen. We appreciated the cafe.
